Job purpose
To support the developemnt and maintenance of applications built on the .NET framework.
Working as part of a team, this role involves assisting with coding, debugging, testing and documentation tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement software applications using .NET technologies and Vue.js. Ensure applications are optimised for scalability and user experience.
Collaborate with other developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver software solutions that align with the company’s goals and client expectations.
Maintain high standards of code quality and manage version control. Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and standards are followed.
Implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the reliability and performance of applications. Oversee the deployment of applications and monitor their performance post-launch.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in .NET and Vue.js development. Apply new knowledge to continuously improve existing applications and processes.
Experience & Knowledge
Proficient in C#, with hands-on experience in both .NET Framework and .NET Core development.
Familiarity with Vue.js and modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is desirable but not essential.
Experience in software development, with a proven track record of developing applications.
Experience in various phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of troubleshooting and addressing issues that arise during the development process.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
